Beach Chic

From 90’s brown to beautiful now. We painted the exterior and replaced the roof to play to the California contemporary style. New maple flooring and an all white interior provide the perfect backdrop to the owners own artwork and showcase the magnificent outdoors. The kitchen cabinets were painted white. New quartz countertops, a new stainless sink, faucet, and new hardware add functional chic to the once dated kitchen. Painted vanities, new Carrera marble countertops and new bath fixtures complete the look. Lastly a new entryway into master bedroom with glass French doors added interest and privacy to the space.
