An 150 year old abandoned house is restored to it’s full grandeur. A complete redo down to the studs, while keeping the original footprint and exterior bones. The home now features a modern open floor plan, new mechanicals, walls, lighting, built-ins with fireplace, jumbo molding, new windows, new roof, bamboo floors and restored stairs. The open kitchen features shaker cabinets, all new appliances, and granite countertops. The baths have carerra marble vanities, porcelain floors and a mix of oversized subway and Carrera marble showers, and a freestanding soaking tub. The outdoor living space is really a private room, and the landscaping is complementary to the elegance of the house.
